All domestic shipping is free on clothing, sneakers and accessories. All domestic orders will ship via USPS the same business day as the order is received and we will email you a tracking number. For international shipping please email info@sneakerjunkiesusa.com for additional details.

We do not store any credit card information on our site, all transactions are processed through PayPal. We do share any of the contact information you provide us. Any and all of your personal information is protected and will only be used to contact you regarding your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the merchandise to us within 30 days of the original ship date. We will issue a refund as long as the merchandise has not been used, washed, damaged, and is in the same condition as when you received them.

Only merchandise returned within 14 days of the original ship date will be eligible for cash refund. You may exchange merchandise within 30 days of receipt for another item or store credit. No refunds are available for sale items; only exchange or store credit Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns. Gift Certificates are not refundable. There will be a 20% Restock fee for items returned with obvious wear or when footwear packaging is damaged. There will be a 15% processing fee for items returned without the original receipt.
